Pink Socks for Little Boy

After not being allowed to take them on the plane to Baltimore on their 2mm steel needles, I managed to finish the pink Kool-Aid socks last Friday night. Much to the delight of my little boy. He was so pproud of them he had to try them on.

Stats:

Yarn: KnitPicks Dye-Your-Own Sock yarn

Method: Stove top simmer, sprinkle powder (Orange, Cherry, 2 Grape)

Pattern: my own toe-up sock pattern, with k4 p1 k1 p1 ribbing

Needles: Inox dpns, size 1

I enjoyed these socks, which is good, since we dyed a whole skein. There's plenty left for another pair of kid-socks.

I'm slowly catching up.
