Rummage sale, eh? You didn't mention if they actually knew what this contraption was, or not. If they knew my guess would be higher. If they sold it as an antique, maybe $50. As an unidentified mechanical wooden wheelie-thing I'd say under $20. Oh - that's 2 guesses - but they are based on 2 different criteria....
